Jeannette Moore, Founder of US Green Brokers, envisions US Green BrokersUSGreenBrokers.com as a network of third-party certified green professionals to help consumers find energy-efficient homes with better indoor air quality.

“Our goal is to help home buyers and sellers understand how their homes may be contributing to allergies and poor health as well as reducing their monthly utility payments through alternative fuel sources and better construction.  Minimizing the possibility of home Buyers and Sellers being deceived by false marketing terms is the reason we require third-party certifications for our showcased services and products.”

Jeannette is a Real Estate Broker, REALTOR® , certified EcoBroker® and National Association of Realtors’ (NAR) GREEN® designee.  Jeannette is also an instructor for NAR GREEN®  and has served on the Board of Directors of the Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC) since 2010.

Local, green professionals showcased on our website are knowledgeable in energy-efficiency, sustainability and green building principles in order to provide guidance to those interested in buying new or retrofitting homes; i.e. healthier and more affordable.  Certified green by an independent third-party, listed professionals hold at least one current designation/certification requiring continued education, i.e. EcoBroker® , NAR GREEN® , USGBC’s LEED® Professional, HERS Auditor/Rater, RESNET Auditor/Rater, CGP – NAHB’s Certified Green Professional, etc.

Our green vendors are third-party certified and dedicated to helping the consumer attain a higher level of self-sufficiency through lower utility bills, reduced water consumption or increasing awareness of the consumer and what actions can be taken to become  less oil-dependent.  Many of them offer “white papers” (educational publications) for those who want to learn more about best practices and products.

…third-party certified green professionals dedicated to helping consumers find resource-efficient homes!
